Our team of experts in Amsterdam and Thessaloniki is continuously expanding, and we’re currently seeking a talented Account Manager to join us in Thessaloniki.

Job Description:

• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Utilize your strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights, driving campaign optimization and revenue growth.
• Independently manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and take ownership of account revenue growth.
• Additional responsibilities include adding and optimizing promotional campaigns, maintaining campaign integrity, and communicating updates to commercial partners promptly.
• Generate and analyze performance reports using Excel, leveraging pivot tables to derive valuable insights.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in account management or a similar role.
• Proven negotiation skills and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a mastery of Excel, including pivot tables.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience in client-facing roles, especially in an international context, is preferred.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate global activities and clients across different time zones.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
