We are seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer with solid advisory and transactional experience to join our Headquarters’ offices and contribute to our dynamic growth.

Role

As a Senior Associate at NEXUS, you will:
·         Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on a wide range of matters, including corporate, commercial, civil, and regulatory law.
·         Work in close collaboration with the existing team and partners, contributing to the further expansion of the company and strengthening client relationships.
·         Supervise, mentor, and support junior associates and trainees, helping build a strong and cohesive team.
·         Manage complex projects and transactions, including legal audits, due diligence processes, and compliance reviews.
·         Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
·         Act as a trusted advisor to clients, attending business meetings and supporting strategic decision-making.
·         Continue to enhance your expertise through access to legal resources, professional training, and conferences.

We are looking for a lawyer who has:

• A Law degree and a valid license to practice law in Greece.
• 6–10 years of professional experience, ideally with strong expertise in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in managing clients and cases independently, with proven leadership skills.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and oral.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• A track record of contributing to business development and client growth.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and to building a culture of innovation and leadership.
