                                                                                                                      fresh Graduate in our Planning Department

                                                                                                                                         Based in Piraeus, Attica

As a member of the Planning department, you will be part of our team, carrying out the following tasks set out by management, including but not limited to:  

• Prepare short –term vessel schedule on a daily basis
• Respond to the production forecast of customers and adjust the transportation plan of our vessels
• Prepare and propose alternative routing scenarios to maximize the utilization of the vessels
• Monitor the cost structure of vessel’s current plan vs budget
• Maintain our ERP system with performed voyages and performance analysis
• Work in cooperation with vessel operators ensuring that voyage instructions are implemented in our daily plan
• Perform administrative tasks related to the release of the short term plan and its communication to various stakeholders (Operations Team, Customer Service Team, Port agents)

 You will be a successful candidate if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

• You have earned your University Degree in Mathematics or Statistics; MSc will be considered as a plus
• Strong analytical skills and keen use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially on Excel
• You are characterized for your ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks while working in an organized manner with a can-do attitude
• You are a strong communicative person with critical, fast-thinking being able to handle internal customers
• You are distinguished for your excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English (3rd language will be considered as an asset)
• Above all, we work as a team. As you have to cooperate with various colleagues from different teams within our Company, you indeed have to be an excellent team player!
