Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on domestic and European law covering primarily the following areas: civil and commercial law, banking law, capital markets regulation, banking and other financial institutions regulations and securitisation regulation.
- Review and comment on transaction documents.
- Conducting due diligence and assisting in the drafting of due diligence reports and opinions.
- Drafting corporate authorisations and similar documents.
- Support senior lawyers in client consultations, negotiations and document preparations.
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s degree in law from a Greek law school and a postgraduate degree in banking, capital markets or commercial law, or finance or economics.
- You have at least 1 year PQE with a Greek or European law firm.
- You have a strong interest in finance and capital markets law.
- You are proficient in written and spoken Greek and English.
