The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), an international financial institution with headquarters in Thessaloniki, Greece, was established by Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Türkiye, and Ukraine. BSTDB started operations in June 1999 and has authorized capital of €3.45 billion. The Bank supports economic development and regional cooperation in the Black Sea Region through trade and project finance lending, guarantees, and equity participation in private enterprises and public entities in the member countries.

Intern – Information and Communication Technology Department (DIT)

Tentative starting date(s): We are currently seeking a candidate to begin as soon as possible, with an ideal start in Autumn 2025 for an initial period of 2 to 3 months.

The intern will assist the IT Help desk team with:

• installation, repair, transfer and replacement of hardware and software;
• provision of technical support at the 1st level for IT technical issues;
• arrangement and storage of spare parts and spare equipment;
• responding to requests for IT technical issues;
• technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure (network, communications, telephones);
• other ad hoc projects (e.g. issues of installations or movement of users to other points);
• implementation of IT based solution for IT services using the ManageEngine tools and Microsoft PowerApps tools;
• mobile enrolment process.

Applicants should:

• be students or hold a degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering;
• have an excellent command of the English language;
• have good knowledge of Windows 10/11, computer networks, hardware, printers;
• have knowledge of SQL databases and basic program skills in Jason, Python and Microsoft PowerApps.
• have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
