Job Description

A key role in shaping future operational tools for the regional power system, with visibility across Europe.

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join the Business Development department to lead complex, multi-year development programs that directly support the secure and efficient operation of the Southeast European electricity transmission system.

This role will drive the planning and delivery of major internal and external projects, including the design, procurement, and implementation of new operational tools and services provided by SEleNe CC to the TSOs of the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large-scale tool development and system implementation projects across SEleNe CC services
• Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and progress tracking, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
• Manage multiple internal and vendor teams, enabling effective collaboration between engineers, operations and IT
• Support procurement processes: requirements definition, tendering, vendor evaluation, contract management
• Ensure structured governance through risk mitigation strategies and change control processes
• Maintain strong alignment with Transmission System Operators, ENTSO-E and other European RCCs
• Continuously monitor regulatory and operational obligations to ensure project compliance with European mandates
• Report regularly to management, steering bodies, and external stakeholders on project performance and milestones

Qualifications / Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant technical or scientific discipline
• Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently drive resolution of issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (all internal and external communication is conducted in English)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (365)

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with focus on power systems
• Experience in the electricity sector (TSOs, utilities, market operators, RCCs, vendors)
• Experience in procurement and vendor management in technical solution delivery
• PM certification
• Understanding of power system operations, software development lifecycles, or IT integration projects is considered a strong asset
