The Graduate Programme
We are launching a Graduate Programme to bring the next generation of Capital Markets technologists into our consulting business. Successful candidates will:
- Join Phi Partners as full time employees from day one
- Receive structured training on Murex ( one of the most widely used platforms in global banking, used by over 60 of the world’s largest financial institutions)
- Work on live client engagements alongside senior consultants at major global banks and hedge funds
- Have a clear progression path from Junior Consultant to Senior Consultant
The programme is based in our Nicosia, Cyprus delivery centre. For Greek graduates, Cyprus offers an immediate and natural transition , same language, EU freedom of movement, no visa requirements, and a growing technology and financial services hub.
Who We Are Looking For
We are targeting recent MSc graduates or final year MSc students in:
- Computer Science / Software Engineering
- Data Science / Artificial Intelligence
- Mathematics / Statistics
- Information Systems / Information Technology
- Finance / Financial Technology / Quantitative Finance
Technical skills we look for: Python, Java, SQL, Linux/Unix, C++, XML,
No prior finance or Murex experience is required , we provide full structured training from day one. What matters is a strong technical foundation and the ability to learn quickly.
