Through scientific excellence, we support socio-economic development at national and regional levels, contributing to resilient, sustainable, and equitable energy pathways. As a hub of interdisciplinary research and innovation, PHAETHON CoE focuses on renewable energy technologies, smart grids, energy storage and e-mobility, green hydrogen and low-carbon energy carriers, as well as energy socio-economic, policy, and governance research. These activities are complemented by innovation and technology transfer services that promote entrepreneurship and collaboration with industry stakeholders.
