📣 The opportunity
We are seeking a Site Construction Manager 🚧 to join our team in Germany. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working on impactful projects that shape the future of telecom infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Supervision and Scheduling: Supervise a civil works project and schedule activities.
- Supply and Warehouse Management: Manage supplies and warehouse stock, such as materials, machines, and equipment.
- Site Investigation and Data Analysis: Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, drawings).
- Risk and Cost Assessment: Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
- Crew Logistics and Setup: Organize the set-up and transportation of the crew.
- Quality and Timeliness Assurance: Ensure works are performed on time, while maintaining high-quality levels.
- Regulatory and Safety Compliance: Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits and safety guidelines.
- Technical Documentation Management: Deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.

On-Site Project Experience: Will be considered an asset.

Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, Conversational level of the German language is a great plus.
- Resilience in High-Pressure Environments: Ability to work under demanding conditions.
