Junior Consultant — Delay Analysis & Construction Disputes

Corexus is a specialist forensic delay-analysis and construction/engineering disputes practice, supporting complex matters in international arbitration, adjudication, and dispute boards. We’re looking for a Junior Consultant to join our team and support delay analysis, project advisory, and dispute resolution work across international construction and engineering projects.

About the role

• Location: Remote
• Working language: English (the role is conducted primarily in English)

You’ll work closely with our Founding Partner and senior consultants on live disputes and advisory matters, supporting forensic analysis, report preparation, and research across a range of sectors including power, oil & gas, infrastructure, marine, and industrial facilities.

What you’ll do

• Support forensic schedule and delay analysis on construction and engineering disputes
• Assist with extension of time (EOT) claim reviews and disruption analysis
• Help prepare expert reports, working papers, and supporting evidence
• Conduct research on contractual, technical, and project management issues
• Review project records, correspondence, and programme data
• Support project advisory work, including dispute avoidance and risk review

Who we’re looking for

• A recent graduate in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related discipline) – 0 to 3 years of experience
• Fluent English is an absolute requirement — the role is conducted primarily in English
• French and Spanish are a big plus
• Some prior exposure to project management, contracts, construction, or planning is preferred (internships, academic projects, or early work experience all count)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written communication skills — you’ll be helping translate technical detail into clear, structured reports
