EY-Parthenon NextGen Women. Και φέτος, η EY Greece συμμετέχει σε αυτόν τον ξεχωριστό διεθνή διαγωνισμό, ο οποίος ξεκινά σε εγχώριο επίπεδο και οδηγεί τους νικητές στην παγκόσμια σκηνή.
Ο διαγωνισμός έχει ως στόχο να ενθαρρύνει φοιτήτριες και πρόσφατες απόφοιτες να ανακαλύψουν τις ευκαιρίες απασχόλησης στον συναρπαστικό κόσμο της συμβουλευτικής, των χρηματοοικονομικών, των συναλλαγών και της επιχειρησιακής στρατηγικής. Μέσα από τη συμμετοχή τους, θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να εξελίξουν τόσο τις τεχνικές όσο και τις επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητές τους, ενισχύοντας έτσι ακόμη περισσότερο την επαγγελματική τους προοπτική στον κλάδο. Η νικήτρια του διαγωνισμού σε εθνικό επίπεδο θα έχει τη μοναδική ευκαιρία να εκπροσωπήσει την EY Ελλάδος στον παγκόσμιο τελικό, ενώ παράλληλα θα λάβει και ένα job offer για την ομάδα της επιλογής της στο τμήμα Χρηματοοικονομικών Συμβούλων (EY-Parthenon) της EY Ελλάδος.
