Supply Chaingers – Supply Chain Management Trainee Program
Each expertise path is a well-structured and intensive training program tailored to provide
you with hands-on experience across different streams of the vast Coca-Cola 3E supply chain. This
program is a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts, develop a profound understanding of
our operations, and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our business on a global scale.
Logistics
Focus on managing complex logistics operations, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer
satisfaction. Logistics requires attention to detail, communication skills, time management, problem-solving
skills, adaptability, data analysis and leading teams effectively, building relationships with stakeholders, and
collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals.
Manufacturing
Focus on planning, organizing and delivering the activity of various Production Departments, in order to fulfill the
production plan at a high-quality level and optimum costs, according to Company standards. Highlight on
compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements related to quality systems as well as on the corrective
and preventive maintenance activities.
Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation
Focus on Lean Processes in Manufacturing, deployment of all Lean Manufacturing solutions – including
implementation, tracking and sustainable use within the plant. Supporting the advanced management of digital
tools and for delivering Supply Chain Academy training tasks and successful practices sharing and continuous
improvement initiatives.
Maintenance & Automation
Focusing on optimum performance of the Low-Level Automation systems, execution of automation projects
regarding energy/water usage optimization, production lines efficiency and utilities performance optimization.
Maintenance and development of Industry 4.0 systems, predictive maintenance and energy management.
