Your mission
As a Junior Webshop Manager, you will contribute to the success of our online presence across international markets. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the webshop offerings of the company, ensuring an excellent online shopping experience for customers worldwide.
In this role, you will:
- Support the operational development of existing online shops as a 2nd-level support specialist.
- Handle the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the webshop portfolio.
- Manage requests via the internal ticketing system to provide effective support to internal departments
- Collaborate with international subsidiaries to introduce and support new online shops in various markets.
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have a passion for e-commerce and a drive to excel.
- You bring:
- Specialized training in e-commerce, product marketing, or online communication (completed studies are a plus).
- Experience with content management systems or online shop platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English (German or other languages are a plus).
