The rapid advancements in technology with the development of Artificial Intelligence and the global transition toward green jobs are reshaping the labour market at an unprecedented pace. Many surveys suggest that new professional activities and specialties will emerge, replacing old ones. In this rapidly evolving labour market, the Career Services Office needs to support young people by providing information about alternative career paths.
Especially in entrepreneurship, new entrepreneurs are aware of the working conditions, growth prospects, and labour market trends and can share useful advice with those interested in entering this particular field.
In this context, the Career Services Office created professional informative videos and podcasts in which three new entrepreneurs describe their personal career paths and offer helpful advice to those interested in following the same path. The selection of these entrepreneurs was based on new forms of entrepreneurial activity in modern industries such as information technology, energy, and ecology, with an emphasis on innovation.
