• Select your business: Fast Food Restaurant, Milk Factory, Fashion Company, High Tech firm.
• Select a target market: Determine who your customers will be (Personas – Young people, Women, Families, Small Businesses).
• Manage your products: Develop unique product features (Affordable, eco-friendly, high-quality products).
• Marketing and distribution: Choose the methods of product promotion and distribution (TV commercials, online ads, social media, e-mail and content marketing, sponsorships and events).
• Pricing: Set prices according to value and market (Low, medium or high price).
