Join our family for season 2023 in Eagles Palace & Eagles Villas, a 5* luxury resort, as an
IT Supervisor
Location: Halkidiki, Greece
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all IT operation systems and support all teams (Front Desk, Accounting, Sales and Reservations department, Marketing, Administration)
- Install, maintain and support the organization’s computer systems, wide area networks (WANs), local area networks (LANs), intranets, individual computers, mobile devices, and more
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
- Provide technical support (in person or over the phone) or training for systems and networks
- Develop and enhance guidelines to ensure all knowledge base documentation and troubleshooting procedures are current and accurate
Qualifications / Personal characteristics:
- Degree in Computer science, Information Technology or similar
- 2 years of practical work experience within IT department, experience in hotels will be considered as an asset
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Practical experience in installing and maintaining systems
- Knowledge of computer operating, software and other ERP, POS, Interface systems
- Experience on CRM integrations and call center CTI solutions
- Creative and flexible candidate in approaching different situations
