Your profile:
- You already have professional experience in the call centre
- Initial experience in staff management
- High willingness to perform and take responsibility as well as initiative
- Enthusiasm, strong communication and social skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- English language skills desirable
Your area of responsibility:
- Supervision of an inbound team of up to 15 employees
- Ensuring the optimal service and closing quality of the team
- Preparation of key figures as a basis for your decisions
- Implementing the qualitative and quantitative specifications of the client
- Development and motivation of the employees
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Sunday, shift system
Contract: Full-time employment contract, unlimited
