In a time of highly competitive job markets that are rapidly growing and changing, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki and oversee the recruiting process for diverse expert roles, based in Greece and Bulgaria. On this position you will get the chance to delve into the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing candidates via various channels, planning and conducting interviews and assessments using digital tools, consistently coordinating with hiring managers on staffing needs, participating in career fairs, creating strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs and so much more.


  • Full responsibility for end-to-end talent acquisition & identification process, ensuring targets achievement for performance and retention of new hires
  • Deliver Assessment Centers, as part of the selection process or development programs
  • Conduct proactive talent mapping forcritical positions and early talent level
  • Utilize innovative digital tools for purposes of talent acquisition, mapping, retention and assessment
  • Take part in the long-term talent acquisition planning: monitor market trends and provide analysis to stakeholders; identify and implement opportunities for strengthening the pipeline of candidates
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, EVP team and CoEs in the development of holistic long-term talent solutions
  • Participate in challenging projects on a local and group level


  • University degree in Economics, HR or related area
  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in recruitment
  • Knowledge of the Greek labor market and legislation
  • Experience with the use of social media routes for purposes of talent identification
  • Assessment center experience is an advantage
  • Strong drive for results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach and strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
