• Modelling and planning of manufacturing capacity
• Bottleneck management, improvement of productivity and effectiveness
• Manage and optimize layout design and shopfloor organization
• Technical interface to internal and external suppliers

• Technical education (technical secondary school or university of applied sciences)
• >3 yrs experience in manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of statistics and data handling
• Team player, good communication Skills, problem-solving skills
• Flexibility (e.g. working in on-call model)
• Fluent English
