Customer Service Representative for Ocean Freight Import/Export
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our ‘AirOcean’ freight division. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Ocean freight import/export services Communicate effectively with clients to gather shipment details and provide updates on the status of their shipments Coordinate with our operations team to ensure that all shipments are processed and delivered on time Proactively identify opportunities to improve our service offering and provide exceptional customer experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the logistics or transportation industry, with a focus on Ocean freight import/export
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of freight forwarding software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
